B2B database contacts
- Professional names, job titles, company affiliations
- Professional email addresses
- Company websites, LinkedIn profiles (publicly available)
- Firmographic data: size, sector, funding, tech stack
- Buying signals: hiring activity, funding events, ad spend
3. Legal Basis
We process B2B professional data under Legitimate Interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). A Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) is on file and available upon request. All data comes from publicly accessible sources. You can object at any time via our opt-out page.

- LinkedIn public profiles
- Startup databases (Crunchbase, Y Combinator, Product Hunt)
- Job boards and press releases
- App stores and industry directories
5. Data Sharing
- Customers: Under a signed DPA — customers become independent controllers
- Processors: Supabase (EU servers, Frankfurt) and Cloudflare (CDN)
- Legal: When required by law
We never sell personal data for advertising.
6. Retention
- B2B contacts: until opt-out or data becomes inaccurate
- Customer accounts: contract duration + 3 years
- Opt-out records: indefinitely (to honour suppression)
7. Your Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability. Use our opt-out page or email privacy@dothaleads.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the AEPD at www.aepd.es.
8. Security
Encrypted storage, access controls, HTTPS enforcement, and regular security reviews.
